Welcome to Ai Translate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Ai Translate mobile application (“the app”). By installing, accessing, or using the app, you (“user” or “you”) agree to comply with these terms, which adhere to Google Play Developer Policies and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you disagree, immediately cease using the app.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
1.1 Binding Agreement:
By using Ai Translate, you confirm you are at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 16). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.
1.2 Jurisdictional Terms:
EU/EEA users retain specific GDPR rights (Section 7). Prohibited jurisdictions: Do not use the app if restricted by local laws.
2. Service Description
2.1 Core Functionality:
- Real-time text, voice, and image translation.
- Cross-device synchronization for registered users.
- Customizable language preferences and offline mode (where supported).
2.2 Third-Party Integrations:
Translation engines (e.g., neural network APIs) and cloud storage providers. Ad networks delivering non-personalized ads (opt-out available).
3. User Obligations
3.1 Account Registration:
Optional for basic features; required for premium services. Provide accurate, updated information (e.g., email, username).
3.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes (e.g., fraud, harassment, copyright infringement).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the app.
- Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, hate speech, or explicit material).
- Scrape data, overload servers, or disrupt service integrity.
3.3 Commercial Use:
Enterprise or bulk translation requires a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership:
All app content (code, logos, UI, documentation) is owned by Ai Translate or licensors.
4.2 User-Generated Content:
You retain ownership of content you input (e.g., text, images). By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, global license to process and store such content for functionality purposes.
4.3 Trademarks:
“Ai Translate” and associated logos are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
5.1 Privacy Policy:
Our Privacy Policy details data collection, use, and sharing practices.
5.2 GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Users):
- Access/Portability: Request a copy of your data in machine-readable format.
- Rectification: Correct inaccuracies in your data.
- Erasure: Delete non-essential data unless legally required.
- Restriction/Objection: Limit processing or object to specific uses.

6. Third-Party Services & Liability

The app may link to third-party websites or display ads. We do not endorse or control these services.
6.2 No Liability:
We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or damages arising from their use.
6.3 Ad Networks:
Non-personal data (e.g., device type) may be shared with ad providers (e.g., Google AdMob).
7. Service Modifications & Termination
7.1 Updates:
We may release updates to enhance features, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements.
7.2 Termination by You:
Uninstall the app to stop data collection.
7.3 Termination by Us:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement, security risks, or legal demands.
7.4 Post-Termination:
Clauses on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranties:
The app is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
8.2 Excluded Damages:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
- Acts of third parties (e.g., hackers, ad networks).
- User misconduct (e.g., sharing sensitive data publicly).
8.3 Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
9.1 Applicable Law:
